Normally what developers mean when we say a ‘platform-based approach’ is that they are programming it in a way that’ll allow them to re-use a lot of the components. That could mean releasing another variant of the 330 (or even another airbus?) might be faster after the first 330 releases, but it comes at the cost of more up-front development like we’re seeing.

I'm glad they're taking their time, since Aerosoft has really been hit or miss in the past. But damn, it's about time the thing gets released. A330 is my favourite plane and I want to finally have it in MSFS.
