Great video - Interesting flight to a remote airfield in difficult conditions which the C-130 handle well. The go around added to the adventure. I also like the no glass C-130's better than the newer J models.

Hi! very nice vid!! I feel the adrenaline operating on this enviroment!! Actually, I was the head of aerodrome at Marambio´s Air Base the last summer. We had a lot of work to do. Only I can say that, the scenario is not accurate about the heights and the mountains surrounding the facilities.. Because when you stand in the middle of the runway, it is the highest point of the whole island, and there is no mountains to avoid when you are on final approach.

Muy bueno!.No utilizo este simulador (soy usuario de P3D),pero aprecio que tiene muy buenos escenarios en general. El antartico esta bien logrado aunque hay algunos detalles del terreno de Marambio con algun temita de desnivel.Ademas,seria muy bueno que las texturas de "La Chancha" C-130 en cuestion fueran las de nuestra Fuerza Aerea Argentina. Desconozco si el modelo es default de MSFS o es el de Captain Sim,pero seguramente se pueden conseguir las texturas exactas correspondientes al operador real de esa pionera base argentina en la Antartida. @@davehart9887 There are some texture mods out there that change the blades on the H model, however it still uses the H model body and cockpit. Don't know if CS will come out with the J model.
