How can we apply our own wallpaper from Intune instead of pasting the image URL from a public website?

Hi, I taken 4 devices for testing entra hybrid join & intune .3 device joined to hybrid & intune.another device showing entra hybrid joined & but azureprt:no showing it stops intune enrollment.azureprt:no & attempt status:0xc0090011.user has intune +entra id p1 license.intune automatic enrollment set to all,no conditional access blocking
