Great video. You can waste endless time in powerpoint not knowing this. But, I'll add something important: This didn't work forme. None of my styles were applied. Changing fonts and such in Slide Master had no effect... turns out I had to choose every slide in Outline view and press Home button and find a small "Reset" button in the slides-area!

I have been teaching PowerPoint since it has existed and this has never not worked - you must be doing something different
