Thanks Kevin - another great topic. I am not a big user of Zoom as we use Teams generally - but it is great to know how to share screens and presentations in Zoom too.
@KevinStratvert4 жыл бұрын
IMO, the integration of PowerPoint in Teams is a little better since you can pre-load slides and then anyone can advance through the slides, but Zoom works decently well.

Hi, this is very helpful, thanks! Is there a way to have the powerpoint in a window and still see you as the presenter while going through the slides? In case you want to elaborate on a bullet point and not have the audience looking only at the PP but at your face while you talk further.

@kpsrathore4 жыл бұрын
@@MikhaelAhava His style is simple yet very effective. For a person who is keen to enhance his/her knowledge or skill, he is just the right kind of person. It is true he might have had a regular source of income had he stayed at Microsoft. But he is bold to step in as an enterpreneur. He also has accepted that he has a very supportive partner. As the saying goes, "Behind a succesful man there is a woman." So let's not worry but encourage him so that we continue to get good and educative videos. Have a blast Kevin. I am sure there are many people who are with you. Don't worry about the future. It is bright. DEFINITELY.

Great introduction thank you. I need to be able to have my Ppoint slides on screen, a thumbnail of me speaking in the corner of the screen, my speakers notes visible to me (not to the audience, obviously) AND to be able to record the presentation on Zoom as I deliver the talk. The combination of ALL these requirements are beyond my skill set (which is very limited!) Many thanks. Regards David

The browser method is an absolute life saver to be able to see my notes with the presenter view feature. The closest I can get without the premium version is to share with presenter view and only share the portion of the screen containing the slide (can be found in the advanced part of the screen-sharing options)

Thank you for this tutorial. I yet have a question: is there a way to present PP in zoom, and have the audience view to share and a speaker view view for me only (why the upcoming slide and the slides show notes) the same way as I have if i project my slides on a screen? Thank you.
