Very Nice Amir, No need to go for any paid tutorials for beginners. Your tutorials are well understood.

Hi, it looks like you can only Save As PDF, if you have the Full version of Acrobat Adobe in your computer, the free version will not do it. There is a product call NovaPDF that can convert Project files to pdf, they have a trial download. Hope this helps.

Dear Amir Parmar, Thanks a lot for your clear instructions, but I'm very curious if you can do something with production capacities. For example a fabric produces 900 panels a day, how can I insert that the fabric produces 900 panels a day and is it than possible that microsoft project calculates by it's own how many days it takes in total to produce an order. Example Order number 1: 11000 pcs (pieces). I fill in somewhere the production capacity of the fabric 900 pcs and microsoft project calculates by him self the duration 11000/900 = 12.2 days pls Armir let me know. Keep up the good work and I enjoyed watching your tutorials. greetings from, Victor Verboom The Netherlands

Amir, I have a question. Reports are only for printing? Can I convert any kind of report into PDF or send it by email? For example, I need to send "To-do list" report to the project team member. what should I do?

Hi Amir, Thanks for the presentations..they are of great help...I have a question...if I have some dependency then how can I show those in the schedule and link the associated tasks ...because if the dependencies are not sorted out then those tasks will not be able to start and it will result a delay in the entire project

Is there any view in terms of S curve in MP software, that's available in Primavera P6 software?

Very helpful. I have a question, however. In an inherited MS Project Plan, I do not get all the calendars as selection options in the 'Base Calendar' column, even though I updated one with my name. Why do I not see all the resources' calendars? How can I have all the calendars available so I can select them as needed?

Sharon Liu Not sure why that is the case. It should be there, I would create a New one just to see if it shows up.

I wanted to mean external dependency like if Infrastructure build is not complete (which is not in scope of my project) then my Development phase will not start etc

+Victor Verboom Hi Victor, thanks for your comment. Will need to think a little about your question, as i don't use MS project. I learned the software and decided to make the tutorial few years ago and since than never had to use it. Also see if you can find some on fiverr.com or freelancer.com who can help you out quickly for very little money. All the best. Amir
