Hi! It's a long time since I've used MS Project! Are you seeing blank cells next to summary/rolled up tasks? These may behave differently to normal subtasks. It could also be that the tasks which produce blank cells don't have values in the columns you're referencing in the formula so may produce null results. I hope that helps!

If you group these products under a group... say "Wooden Toys" and put all Wooden Toys as tasks under that group. Each custom field of each wooden toy will have. In normal project fields that value cascade to the group i.e. if you had 10 wooden toys with 10h of work the group will show 100h of work. Now imagine the field "Total price" of each wooden toy being Cost + VAT... the Project does not seem to cascade this calculation up to the group row for custom fields. Any way to tell project to sum the values of custom fields in the group row?
