Microsoft removes social posting from Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys

Microsoft announced that social media posting will be removed from Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (formerly Marketing) on December 2, 2024 (along with the LinkedIn Lead Generation tool). This is one step toward the overall removal of the Outbound marketing module. They cite low usage and a shift in focus to more ROI-generating features.
