Same/similar question as Michael posted... approvals seem awesome but where is the approval info stored/recorded and how can I centrally report on it (who approved or didn't what, when and where)?

I love Apprival. My issue is that the Approval information is stored in a User context. I would love to use this to approve several documents AND store the document later in a sharePoint DocLib including the approval information. Is?there a possibility to do that?

I have created a sample test for this, is there a way we can delete the sampled cancelled or approved requests?

I set this up at my work but we found it to be pretty buggy. the approval interface would often not fully load in the teams interface.

Just today my approval request is missing attachment. One of the approver saw it the file but after a days the file is missing.

Thanks for the video But how to share an approval template with whole Org.? So if any Ms Teams user needs to have an acees to it, he/she could use it.

without attachment it works but for attachment it says "An unexpected server error occurred."

How to make request for approval I created is visible for the team members?

I'm doing this by processing our credit requests through the Teams chat rather than using the Approvals hub, which then provides the visibility to all Team members even though they are not the requestor or approver of the credit request. Works well.
