Yes helpful ... I've been having a problem whereby multiple people are working on the same document and when we open it the next day the changes seem to have not been applied ... a bit like groundhog day!. What might be causing this? Perhaps we should be using the checkout option or is it OK for multiple people to do editing?

Use checkout only real way issues are when some use the app and others use online
