We'll cover the basic layout of the Microsoft Visio interface, learn a few keyboard shortcuts to save you time when navigating, and then give you an in-depth review of the Visio shapesheet, learning how to place, alter, and edit Visio shapes and connectors.
These skills will apply whether using Visio 2013, Visio, 2016, or Visio 2019.

Hi Kiki- not really sure what you're asking... there are thousands programs that help visualize data with charts, graphs, diagrams, etc.

Glad you liked the vid. Visio and AutoCAD are very different programs. There are a few use cases where there could be overlap, but AutoCAD is typically used more for engineering, and Visio for more visualization of a process or physical layout.

Prob because your browser was active, so the shortcut signaled the browser rather than Visio.
