Personally, I'm more interested in a better processor that's more powerful and uses less energy. I'm upgrading from my Haswell refresh era i7 to Arrow Lake, when it hits. Arrow Lake, Lunar Lake for mobile, will be big improvements. My i7 4790 does everything well for me, but will not be supported later on. Desktop TOPS will easily beat mobile by 2.5x, due to the Tensor cores, and more powerful CPU. I still do my work on a desktop with a LARGE screen, Ethernet, mechanical KB. Mobile just cannot compare.

Windows platform is being redefined completely by all these AI services. But I suspect most will not want all their desktop work and activities being spied upon by some cloud based AI services gaining inferences for their work and personal activities.
