Hi, is there an option to integrate these alerts with Service Now or any other Incident Management tool. I sometimes feel sending email alerts is Ok but not the best approach..

You can trigger a Logic App as a part of Alert rule. The logic app can then send an incident to Service Now. For any other incident management system not supported by logic app, you might need create a custom logic app connector using azure functions. Hope this helps.
