Transformer output there is one fuse check that one.

Check Transformer primary voltage. Don't try output voltage. Fuse is OK then you check the Magnetron

Great , the monitor switch keep failing can we bypass it permanently or any alternative solution , the fuse keep burning , I replaced switch but sometimes if we close or open the oven quickly the fuse burns Any solution ?

good video... thanks for sharing.. I was able to fix my issue.. The issue was bit weird. Problem: Once you open the door, the light comes up and the plate motor and fan starts working(but not the Magnetron). If you close the door and start microwave with normal inputs, the display shows normal and clock starts working but the magnetron did switch on, neither the light and motors. I was able to narrow down the issue. All the latch switches were working fine(2 latches are N.O and one is NC). The Main relay was not closing. While door was open(Ideally it should). Tried check after unplugging the relay contacts and checking the continuity. I kept the door opened and tried closing the main rely using jumper and now only cabin light was coming up as expected under normal working state(primary side of transformer unplugged to be on safer side). Diagnosing the main relay issue in PCB. Removed the pcb and checked the relay. It was working while I provided an external 12v supply. (kept the correct polarity - reverse of freewheel diode. If trying, better to desolder relay and check using external 12v) I had to check the relay drive transistor. It was working okay... The 12v positive was connected to relay one side and drive transistor was enabling the ground pin to relay to switch on. I could see the ground continuity was not proper a the transistor end. Traced the track to the common ground pin and I could see using my meter, it was open. Tracked the line to find the broken area and soldered a jumper for proper ground. Tested the board using supply. Now the relay started working.... Plugged in back all the relay ping and tested..... viola... !!! it started working perfectly.. Thanks a lot for sharing... you saved me a lot of money... I wrote the troubleshooting steps to help someone facing similar issue ... cheers guys..

Don't try to measure the voltage transformer ( Transformer output is high voltage )
