Where can i download the os for this? Honestly I’ve been doing this only for windows environment

I recently got this as a backup device. I upgraded the HDD to a 1TB SSD, the RAM to 16GB & replaced the battery. I even updated the OS via Open Core Legacy Patcher to Ventura, but found it to be laggy so I removed it & use it in Catalina. It's a really good backup device for basic to medium level tasks

Hey Bi`nh, thanks for making the video. I bought a used A1278 recently and upgraded the RAM to 16GB. I plan to upgrade the HD to SSD as well. My question is what is the purpose of the 4 jumpers (J0, J1, J2, J3) at the upper left? They come from the display ribbon from upper right. When I opened mine. They are left unconnected. If I connect any one of them, the screen will just flash when powered on, then nothing. In the video, those jumpers look connected. I can't find anything about them.
