this fan seems to be the early version of dual voltage sanyo which it has 220v motor but it use dual voltage transformer in the base to step the input down or up, output from the transformer is 220v only.
since there's no restoration plan, i'm going to held this fan to a new owner since it's in too bad shape
there's alot of grease and rusts in the body and grill

サンヨー扇風機EF-J12XDL型。
この方は先代の黒とシルバー操作部パネルの新登場です。型番は同じです
現状や内部がひどすぎて修理とメンテナンスが難しいです。フリマの出品となりました。
1976年製だと思います。
