My backpain reduced from 100% to 70% after doing 1 set of each Update: after performing 2nd set of each exercise after 1 hour of 1st set, my middle back pain reduced to 60% Next day morning without exercise: backpain reduced to 30%

Cervical straightening means normally there is lordosis (curve) which is affected, muscle spasms means muscles are tensed to protect the neck area, physiotherapy works well In such cases, you can directly contact a physio👍🏻

I stand for very long hours..6-7 hours..that causes this pain in the mid area of my spine

These exercises will help in any case of postural weakness of mida back muscles and decreased mobility of thoracic spine👍🏻.... If you go to gym, work on building endurance in your back muscles by performing 15-20 reps of back exercises👍
