Hej! Your video is really high quality and fun to watch. The dominos seem to sit very loose...normally the need to be hammered in. You could have glued first and then routed the complete Piece maybe? Then the joint will be perfectly aligned. Great work, hope to See mord from you. Wbrgds

Geez this challenge really brought out the Maker in the makers. Super sad I was too busy to join in on this one. There were some real class acts and this is among them. A lovely display of your skills and the videography was excellent too.

Well done! I love this design. I enjoyed it very much and one day I want to build such a beautiful chair too. I understood 2 cm thickness of the material. Cord (0.6 cm) and 4.5 kg. Typical dimensions are probably 74cm x 75cm x 74cm of the chair. I would be happy to purchase plans privately. Have a Happy New Year to all :-)

I got it from a Canadian website called ‘Levairs Caning Supply’ in Canada but if you search Danish papercord you might be able to find some close in your area!

Looks comfy and you videos are relaxing too. LOL upside down belt sander - that's what I was doing till I recently got a cheap second hand bench version. Would be interested in seeing more weaving for sure.

nice build man. Not trying to be the safety police, but I was curious why no riving knife? I had an accident when I was just starting out with woodworking when I didn't have a riving knife. its not worth it.

@@katharinak.5910 yeah it’s quite sturdy and I’m closer to 200lbs. I think if I were to do another chair I would make it thicker more for design purposes, but it’s holding up quite well! Thanks for watching Katharina 🙏🏽

I have a chair that has danish cord material. Any type of paper cord is not really advisable to use. It breaks easily, not durable. Yes, it looks nice but its really for aesthetics only.
