The 2 majestic palm trees in the front are stunning. The kitchen is awesome. The bathrooms shower bodies should have been more high tech to compliment the high tech mirrors and toilet. Otherwise that house has amazing attention to detail. The bamboo looks like dried out dying weed stalks. Makes me want to take a weed wacker to it. The Orange piece of art doesn't suit the house at all. But it would suit an Eichler mid century modern house with a center atrium.

Gorgeous house! I have to ask about the neighborhood. I was just there and found McNeil Estates where Oakey ran through. Gorgeous remodeled old houses but not exactly a desirable neighborhood outside of that. How would you rate this area?

The area as a whole is older and many of the homes have been run down over the years. For the last 5 years the homes, and neighborhood in general, has started to get updated and remodeled. The neighborhood is starting to catch up, it just might be a few years yet.
