There's no way that room is 30x60. I looked at it from every angle twice. If it were 30' wide, that door at the end would have to be 5' wide and the ceilings would be 20+ ft, none of which is true.

LOVE LOVE all the fab color and furniture. HOWEVERRRRRR......the sofa in FRONT of the fireplace?!?! WTH....that is a design sin, no matter how low the back of it is. And the original (nonetheless painted) kitchen is a huge anchor around this houses "throat" sale-wise. 95% of the buyers will be utterly turned off/repulsed by it. Neat house but in need of a lot period-correct, "modern" updates.
