Love your one pot wonder. Looks like it works great if you’re limited on space.

Hi, My dragon has thrown a second batch of flowers (and progressive buds) - the last 10 spent flowers on this beautiful plant all aborted last month (3rd of Jan 25 now). I am really hoping for fruit this time, I noticed massive amounts of bees on the flowers that bloomed overnight last night, so thats promising. I had plentiful fruit last year, and its a young plant (less than 3 years old). I really like your method of dating the fruit, I will adopt that method! Thanks! I am wondering, do you have a video on how to build your trellis's? Also, when the original plant gets 'manky', do you just take off extra cuttings or let them continue to send out new branches and just let them live?? Thanks so much for your videos, its terrific to have a fellow Aussie sharing their expertise! I live directly north of Goondawindi by about 150km. Cheers mate, Happy New Year :)

Thanks for the kind words and good luck with your latest batch of flowers. Fingers crossed 🤞🤞 I dont as yet have a video on making a trellis. I have all the timber sitting on the garage floor, ready to go.. just havnt had the time to build one yet. Apologies! Hopefully can get one together by end of January 🤞 I dont have a huge space, so i try and keep mine pretty thin and organised.. plus i have to move them around a little due to the nature of their location.. so dont want them too heavy.. personal cjoice though. If you want heaps of fruit.. more branches typically means more fruit.. but each branch needs to be getting light for any fruit too 👍

Why did you Rip out the Isis gold? Lol it'd going to be the first of all my 30 varieties to fruit most likely next year and I'm hoping it'll be nice

Tbh it was one of the first i planted and i out too many cuttings in a small pot and it got super unhealthy by about yr3 - neglect and rootboundness.. so i tossed it all but a cutting or two that i planned to use for grafting.. but didnt get around to graft and it grew almost trellis height.. so back in it went haha. Almost like it was meant to be haha

Not in the best condition, but a mate of mine with the same mother plant has had a fruit and it looks awfully red jaina-y. Could be wrong.. more than happy to chuck out a dud variety 👍
This orchid hadn't grown for 6 months until I did this.
