I just noticed: Everyone always calls Wanda by her first name in this show, and she answers the phone "Vision residence," showing that it's treated as his surname. This means her full legal name in the sitcom reality is "Mrs. Wanda Vision," hence the title.

So Wanda can alter reality in a given space, she loses her love, her parents, and her twin brother, and then loses it. She grabs nearby people and “forces” them to play along in her “happy” forget-the-real-world-and-its-atrocities. But, as most denial works in the real world, reality slips in, and you lose your false sense of ‘control’. Until you finally breakdown. Wanda’s gonna have a BIG breakdown soon and I can’t wait to see what it’ll unfold. Will her twins carry on in the real world? Are we gonna see Vision die again?Or is it just her dreaming of a happy life that’s, basically, going to tear her heart out (that everything is a lie). It’s sad to see that even our heroes on the big screen need someone to pat them on the back and ask if they need help or need to talk- Captain America/Bucky, Thor (Altho his mom did), Black Widow, all heroes and people need a friend.

Psychologically speaking, even though this is a Marvel TV show, what Wanda is doing actually happens. Its called DENIAL. Your spouse of 20 years passes away and you just go to work, hang out with friends like normal and ask that non of them bring up her death. You have your own Wanda World minus the super powers as acknowledging her death is waaaay to painful for you to deal with. This happens everyday with many people

Working theory: Wanda went to see Agnes to try and bring Vision back, but his soul could not be fully retrieved so he’s sort of half alive half dead and can only exist in Westview and Wanda has turned it into ‘normaltown’. When vision discovers this they will fight, powers and all. Somewhere is the grim reaper trying to take visions soul away, possibly Ralph due to Agnes’s necklace. Or Ralph is Mephisto, the devil, which has also been hinted at in the dialogue, influencing Wanda to have the kids and planning to take them. Maybe Vision will become Wonderman through Wanda breaking the multiverse or wonderman is a AU vision?
