Vision, Billy and Tommy in WandaVision are not simply extensions of Wanda. Vision, is the person that was contained in the mind stone. Wanda's "vision-body" is the vessel the Vision lives in, in Westview. The Vision of the mind stone would be to some extent the essence of the living human person that was "cloned and placed" in the android. A tech, twin brother? The boys would be a combination of Wanda, magic And Vision's essence. Does that make them a human-human-tech-magic hybrid or as Wanda stated normal as any other birth? (Albeit magically enhanced!)

Wanda is by far the most deserving of death out of all the heroes and even villains. She's caused so much pain, destruction and death on such a massive scale and people want to give her a pass because she's 'tortured' and still condemn so many others, even in real life, that have comparable backgrounds who aren't capable of anywhere near the same, it's hilarious.
