I read my first series, The Naturals bc of you talking about it. It shocked me sm how much i loved it! Definitely my favorite and also the first series I’ve ever read.

My book club read 28 Summers and had our meeting yesterday and we absolutely did not like it at all. I wish we could have in-depth discussion about it. I can’t believe you didn’t love FW! I absolutely DEVOURED that book. Omg!

Watching to get my TBR together! Although I fear we have suchhhhhhhh different tastes lol. Same, I also have a hard time reading Emily Henry. I've tried a few of her books and the writing just doesn't catch me. It kind of feels like reading a million post-it notes and trying to follow the story they're trying to tell; it's just hard to keep up. I'll be revisiting my copy of "A Summer Affair" by Elin. I DNF'd it back in 2018.

a book that surprised me in a bad way this year was I fell in love with hope by lancali. I was expecting five feet apart or the fault in our stars vibes. It wasn’t that and I feel like the author low key tries to hard to be “deep” or create these intense scenes without good build up in my opinion. I also wasn’t fond of the ending :/ 2/5 stars for me. book that surprised me in a good way was someone else’s shoes by jojo moyes. I also think you may like it kyrah. but I was going in expecting a cutsy romance but it was so much more in a good way too! I think it would be such a fun film adaptation too. 4/5 stars :)
