I have the rs3pro and the raven eye that I have does not have the passcode on it just the serial number or whatever that number is. Also I'm having trouble with active track. I try to highlight in green with my finger and it says "unable to identify please reselect" Why is it saying that. I'm in landscape mode…. I also don't have the ISO and shutter options on my phone screen like you do. How do you get that to work to happen? When I open my phone app to open raven eye it forces me to shut off blue tooth so I did that. Is that wrong?

Really well done video. My only wish is that you used a Sony a7siii in your setup. This camera is so complicated that a lot of the basic use and features for using this setup will not work unless you go into the menus and change a lot of the settings. My biggest question is that when using the Raveneye on the RSC2, how to you control the camera's focus tracking so that whatever the Raveneye is tracking is in focus?

Great video, to the point. I like the Active track feature myself. I set up my Ronin and focus it on my Jeep. I drive sections of trail, obstacles etc. and it makes it look like someone is standing there filming me. I intend on using the same feature on my drone (at the same time when safe), so the combination of my Sony a6600, DJI Mavic Air 2, Go Pro 9 Black and 360, it's like I have a whole film crew. Just started getting into it so I'm still editing since I'm enjoying the filming so much.

So helpful. I have a Z7 and the included HDMI to HDMI cable is too short with the RavenEye positioned as DJI recommends. That's with the unit mounted antennas pointed away from the gimbal. But everything will connect fine if I mount the unit antennas aimed toward the gimbal. Haven't noticed that this causes any movement interference.

i'm running into a hell of an issue here. i asked multiple people about this and got the thumbs up every time but something isn't right...i have a fuji xt4 with a sigma 18-35 on it. everyone said this gimbal ran that set up no problem....well assuming you use the base model without the raven eye or the focus motor. when setting up the focus motor system it makes the set up insanely more front heavy so the camera requires to be slid back further to balance it. now if the raven eye is connected to the bottom it can't balance, too front heavy no matter what. if i connect the raven eye to the top it can be balanced but the thing is completely in the way and runs into the motor on the back when the camera tilts. the ads for this say it's good on lenses up to 100mm so that implies much longer, heavier lenses that my sigma 18-35 working perfectly well with the provided set up which after hours and hours of messing around simply isn't true. to have the raven eye on the bottom in the cold shoe mount it's going to require i add mounting weights to the back which after the price of this and how it's advertised is ridiculous. i feel like i wasted my money on this thing i can't even use it as advertised.

Hey Edwin, are the icons all greyed out and unclickable? If they are, make sure there's a cable going from the camera to the gimbal arm. The multicamera cable connected to the gimbal arm gives you control of the camera parameters straight from the raveneye interface.

I want to use the RavenEye/iPhone to monitor my image, but I want to use the controls of the gimbal itself to steer and specifically start recording. This does not seem to work, if you connect all the control cables, the iPhone image goes black. Removing the control cable from SC2 to A7iii gives me my iPhone image back but that way I cannot use the camera control buttons on the gimbal. Do you know what needs to be done? Thanks so much!
