About the cost of the animation, well, I don't work in Arcane, but I work as an animator, and we're working in a kid's show, and oh god... it takes us two weeks to make 1minute of animation (each animator) and our show isn't even that complicated as arcane is, and I am talking only about the animation, there are a lot of process like design, rigging, fx, composition and so on. You have to pay for all those people time/work plus the voice actors who are not cheap.

I played against her yesterday, she was the support and got ahead early and she legit 1v4 my team at one point, i was top Illaoi who got fed myself by a renekton and had to claw the game back for like 50 minutes. He mobility is crazy, your never getting away from her period, the engage with her ultimate it's like over the whole screen and she scales pretty fucking good.

This champion is "feeling" balance for first time in long time, just give it time to set in meta for 1 patch. I played champion in ranked and approach each matchup as if i was weak even tho champions is not ( kinda ) and suprise suprise its not terrible champion its just that a nicely balanced champion all around, mobility bitching was overexateraited to max and best it can do is full combo dashing into another 2 Q to lane and thats it and its not that even fast , its nice for sure but not that BROKEN i mean champion can not go even trough walls ahahah. My suggestion is to buy legit first item tank item cus champion has really bad base hp and armor per level its like talon squisyhy levels and i suggest Iceborn Gauntlet cus i dont know why is not recomended in shop since champ has spammabale rotations in which sheen procs are effective, from all items i highly recomment black cleaver/iceborn,deaths dance as first 3 items, eclipse is meh and going full armor pen i think is bad since champion is very squishy for top laner and has no cc untill lvl6 ult , that E 99% is barely noticable maybe it should been stun in first place, and yes as midbeast said its best time to try champion power is at lvl4 and onwards when you have 2 points in Q and i also think that sugestion to max E second is not optimal i would suggest W cus shield ratio is better and dmg on second proc is better cus it gives 50% more dmg if it shields any dmg and diffrence beetwen maxing E is barely nothing like no dmg increase and both have same cooldown from 14-10 sec so owerall better to max W.If anything changed to champion i would buff only base tankiness and scaling but not touch dmg i think its fair, (and we need to stop saying champion deals no dmg on realease cus that is biggest problem in game right now and for last 4 years so celebrate it for what it is), and maybe change slow on E into stun since champion for all mobiity has have no lockdown its just movement and balanced dmg overall.
