It'll be nice in the reg season, but in the offs if they ever play Buddy and Steph together it's going to be whoever offense on both of them. The reason Klay and Steph worked was because Klay could defend prior to injuries. So it was just Steph you had to hide.

This should have no surprised anyone. As a warriors fan we knew Stotts and Stackhouse would evolve the team by a big margin (we didn’t know it would be this good tho). Lost Klay was terrible on defense and took shots/opportunities for anyone on the warriors besides Steph. The new signing were perfect role player signings. We knew buddy would be this good if he got the same typa concepts curry gets to get 3’s. They were also a 46 win team last szn while have a 13-14 record without dray. This is easily a mid 50’s win team in our eyes

Warriors depth is also a big factor to this defensive effort. When players dont have to play 36-39+ minutes, they can just go full effort on both ends instead of trying to conserve energy 😂 Also* your statement/question about does it make it harder for Dunleavy to trade players when theyre playing this way... From a fan perspective, yes.. yes it does. Ive put Looney and GP2 in that trade machine for alot of hypothetical trades throughout the off season/pre season.... But dammit, with the way theyre playing, it would hurt to see them get traded 😅

Still don’t understand the trade idea for the warriors. They are 7-1, they beat the defending champs, and they have multiple players struggling. When this team is clicking and everybody (including pods and Kuminga) are playing well, there is no reason why this team can’t compete for a title. They have the best PG ever, arguably the 2nd best shooter in the league, and they have a deep enough roster to run a 12 man rotation and still win games. Why would they ever, under any circumstances break this up? Is the goal to end up like the clippers or the 76ers? Even mentioning a trade right now is utter stupidity. The reason Houston, the clippers, Phoenix, Brooklyn, and so many other franchises over the last 5 years have failed to win is because everytime they built something good, they had to make that “blockbuster trade” and it ended up costing them. The rockets got Chris Paul, who got hurt in the playoffs and they lost. The clippers got Kawhi and PG. PG is gone and Kawhi ain’t playing. Phoenix got KD, and proceeded to get smacked by Minnesota and Denver, both deeper teams. Brooklyn brought on KD, Kyrie, and harden and we all remember how that went. So why, after years of watching other teams make the big move and fail, why would the warriors ever want to make that trade? Utter lunacy to even suggest it
@dexterisСағат бұрын
@@cutieovo9943 yeah warriors have a strong high ceiling core of podz, moody, kuminga, Trace Jackson that is under 25. A rebuild inside of a dynasty. Why trade at all?
