I'm mentally stuck between IT and finance. 1. I am half way through Chartered accountancy ( like CPA of USA ) but I'm concerned about two things alot. Growth in future and salary. I have heard that after like 5-7 years in IT, I will be paid much more than I otherwise would get in CPA. 2. I love data analysis and SQL in general with Excel. I'm 25 now and I have don't think I have any problem with restarting. I'm currently working in a department that is like 10% finance and 90% is data analysis and customer complaint handling. I absolutely love it because I make impact directly on someone's life like everyday. So please suggest me what should I move to. I don't have any bachelor degree but my halfway CA can get me admission in 3rd year of a bachelor's degree in commerce.

I worked at PwC , now at IBMi 110% pay increase and the partners were MAD. I escaped the matrix. But now im just in a bigger entangled matrix which pays accordingly. Pick your poison. But only the selfish succeed...i also advise young people not to "hustle" too much in early stages . Get the best bang for your buck, keep moving around to collect those valuable brands on your CV, perhaps sweet talk yourself a title boost. Nobody cares about what you say until you've spent 5 to 10 years with exp and are at least over 30 anyway. Also 30 is young nowadays. You can't "good student" your way. Also, I believe grad programs are b.s. just keep applying and promote yourself... lol
