Tl;Dr: I want to change myself to not be toxic and to not respond to other ppls toxicity. HALLLPPP! Sameee. I get angry or whatever this painful feeling in my head whenever i talk to my parents or friends and they tell me to do something. Its like the longer I have known someone the more of my 'toxic side' i show them. I really hate myself. Also when people mock me or want to hurt me - verbally, mentally, I actually want to hear what they want to say and get mad. But why? I understand that anger is a poison which destroys the container in which it is kept. I still cannot seem to do anything about it, and think about what people are saying for years. I am reading your book now. I am 39 years old. When I was 20, I had not had access to the Internet. People in their 20s are lucky to live in this time. Please take advantage of what you have. I wish I am in my 20 now, but arriving late is better than not arriving at all :)

Beautiful segment of the mastery session - being 19 right now, lost in life in a cycle of self confidence, this has allowed me to remember what I stand for, and that I do have value. You've been such an amazing role model of mine, and listening to your methodologies and life tactics has really helped me elevate my mental health, and my personal growth. Thank you so much.

It was in 2021 when i saw the 5 AM club book on the shelf of a humble bookshop. Though i didn't know the writer, but when i opened it and started reading the first pages standing, i was astonished by the simplified ideas and Robin's unique writing style especially the pages where the spellbinder talks about mediocrity and world class performers. Wow .. what a book ! What a writer ! The 5 AM Club is more of a science book . Thanks Robin.

"A bad day for the ego is a good day for the soul." Wow I never thought about this especially during bad times when our focus is on that "bad" thing that happened. Only later in life that we can finally understand why it had to occur. Thanks for the wonderful insight Robin.
