In my younger days, I would go whitewater kayaking and we would stop every so often to surf rapids like that.

Was the water deep enough so you didn't have to worry about rocks when you wipe out?
@clprez Жыл бұрын
@@umreeh It was always deep enough. You don't really need as much depth as you may think because almost immediately when you try to roll back up, you're bent almost completly at the waist.

I appreciated the subtle humor (maybe?) at minute 2:20 - "looking for wildlife" - then Jay puts the camera on Tina.

Beautiful trails. And the mountains are so lovely, even shrouded in clouds! The kayakers and surfers were so much fun to watch! The beginning white water rafters reminded me of baby ducklings learning to swim. 😄I've really been enjoying your Canada adventures. Thank you for sharing. Hope you both are doing well! ❤

I think you two should find a local rafter outfitter and go on a river adventure. I am pretty sure that doing so may significantly alter your summer.

Fantastic video, as always! Is the water blue because it's glacier water? Loons are by far my favorite animal in the world! We have a pair that visit our lake in Pa. on their way north. Wow, kayakers and surfer are unbelievable!!!
