Really a fun vlog of your adventures. My niece found a very sick puppy while walking her dog in July and asked me to take care of it for her because she didn't want to infect her dog. In short, I kept him. He has changed my life with his energy and affection. As an older woman, I hesitated taking on a puppy, but all the collagen and supplements in the world could not improve my health like this puppy. So when you are ready and you meet the right dog, don't hesitate to open your heart again.

The last of my three black beauties passed in February and I still put my foot in my front door when I come in as Minxie loved to run in the hallway when I came home, I also sleep with his frog toy under my pillow every night........she will be with you always Jo and it helps to talk about them.......they are never forgotten............I thought how much she would have loved walking in the garden at the B & B..........take care.....Donna in Toronto

Hi Jo. You know,I love living in Greece where I’ve been a citizen for the last 40 years,but there are still many things I miss about England. The quirky,historic towns,villages and buildings are amazing and I’m so lucky to have my relatives and friends there so I can still enjoy so many things about my early years and the beautiful south-west where I grew up. Dear Jo, my grandson, 7 years old, and I always watch your vlog as he just loves Mathilda. Late afternoon on the Sunday Mathilda passed, we watch you and Mathilda. At the end he made the interesting comment that Mathilda and Dassie, his dog who died 2years ago, is playing in heaven. I thought it a strange comment. Her not wanting to walk and her racing to her food bowl. I think it was in reverse you where her pet. My coco is coming close to her journey with us 14 years. Yet I know she owns me. Brilliant vlog Jo. I went to Rye yrs ago. Beautiful place. I loved your medieval cottage. Stunning. It's tempting me to do the same. Sarah Greene looked great. She said bolix! That in itself was worth watching!!! That's got the same shock factor as if Vera Lynne had passed wind on camera!!! Its unthinkable. I feel for you about Matilda. I loved her grumpy face. Especially when she snored. Grief is a total rollercoaster. My lovely mother passed away 4yrs ago & I still miss her every minute of the day. But you're a strong woman & you'll get through it. Oh I love Rye! So medieval and such an historic place. I actually stayed at the Old Bourough Arms u filmed right at the start of the vlog! I always go to Camber Sands when I'm there as I think it must be the sandiest beach in the area with lovely hilly sand dunes to relax in over looking the beach. Jo you looked lovely in the gold dress and all made up. Really excited to watch u on Pointless. Please do let us know once you know when its to be aired.

A wonderful vlog Jo! The air b & b looked like a really cosy place to stay. I would love to experience staying there. I am glad that you hit it off with Sarah and perhaps you will keep in touch? Hi Jo. I know your house feels empty without matilda but know she is with you in spirit she will send you signs she is still there. I am going though the same sadness my 6yr old pit bull has bladder cancer she has 6months extra so far but i know he will be going to rainbow ridge soon and hope he will see Matilda playing. Oh my goodness, Jo!..My Granddad was born in the Mermaid Inn. My Nan was a barmaid there. A mecca for all the Bourne family and we visit often I was there in the summer. Once we stayed in a windmill by the harbour. Rye is a lovely old town.
