A large part of the charm of these lovely videos is Kirsten's voice. I could listen to her voice all day. Kirsten, I think you would do exceptionally well reading children's stories for Audible. Not everyone has a voice so very pleasant to hear.

What a lovely surprise to see you in Montgomery, I have family connections there and have been many times. My grandfather was born there in 1887 and lived there up until the start of WW1. I'm sure if he was still here and walked about the place he would hardly notice any change apart from the cars of course, just timeless and totally unspoilt.

Absolutely loved this tour of this small town. Reminded me of my childhood when we visited a great Uncle in the small town where my Grandfather was born, there was a “General Store”right down the street just packed with things. It had been in the family for 3 or four generations and they never threw anything away. They just kept adding. Originally lived above store but built a “new” house next door and just added things or moved them up (3 floors) and added a “shed” out back. It was a great place to explore. Eventually in the 1970s or 80s turned into an antiques. I found so great things there when we bought our first house.

Bunners is a great store and you can get absolutely everything. I loved the holiday property really homely just gorgeous!! You must look up an old t.v film it's called 'A Child's Christmas in Wales' it was made in the 80s I think starring Denholm Elliott it was filmed almost entirely in Montgomery and it's one of the most charming Christmas films you could wish for it's on KZbin too. 😀

I hope I haven't been rude, when I say - I just feel that you, guys, are almost like my family. 🙋🌞 It is again - strange feeling, but it is a history behind it. I am from Latvia, originally, but I have lived in London since 2006. And as my surname is Linde ( by my father) and also I know that my roots are German ( but a very long time ago) - I just feel everything you are talking about soooo logical and soooo understanding to me. I do not know, if you know , but Riga was built by Germans ( 800 years ago) and many Germans lived in Riga for the centuries. And even Immanuel Kant's first book was printed in Riga ( 1781.). So - what I am saying - that your character can be so deep hidden in you, that you don't even know .
