Plus point he himself admitted and acknowledged that Israel has a specialized defense system. Thus if Iran had not launched multiple missiles, all of them would've been intercepted. Iran launched those missiles that could be easily intercepted to caught the focus of intercepting system (iron dome), and then launched cruise and ballistic missiles on specified targets such as Israeli air bases, Iran could also do this on civllian buildings, but Iran got more humanity than Israel to not bomb civllians. Meanwhile we should keep in mind the response was to the attack on embassy which even took life of generals and other people's inside it. The response is very smart, justifiable and completely under the rules and regulations of international laws.
