Labneh salad (1 main serving or 2-3 sides)
75g labneh
1 cucumber
1 tomato
small handful of olives (halved)
5-6 mint leaves
olive oil
Salt
Croutons (optional)
Green Bean Salad (2 main servings or 4 sides)
150g fine green beans
225g baby plum or cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp (30g) olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black lime powdered
2 tbsp pine nuts
Dressing (dresses 2 green bean salads)
3-4 roast tomatoes
20 basil leaves
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil (including the drippings from the tray)
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
zest of half a lemon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Smashed Batata Harra (1 large main or 2-3 sides)
500g Baby Potatoes
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2-3 garlic cloves
1 red chilli (sliced)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
handful of coriander leaves finely chopped
