Nice! Thanks for sharing 👍. My engine is the Aultman Taylor right behind the big round ball that was used for paper manufacturing in southern Ohio in the early 1900s. It was filled with wood and water and mixed to a pulp then pressed. The lugs on the left side was to support a huge gear to rotate the mixing ball and has agitators inside. I have a video of it being moved a few months ago in a field. That "random guys name" is Frank.

Thanks for the video tour, that's the only way I can see some of these shows as they are too far away for me to see in person. Always wanted to see the Stussman show.

The giant hit & miss engines that are running are my dad's The big green one is a 50 HP Bessemer and the smaller one is a 15 HP Bessemer.

So those are just engines then? You put a big belt on them and they can power whatever you like but what is in the video is just engine? Thanks!

Wow, awesome! Didn't know there was an engine show in Middlefield! Where was it located? and what dates for next year? There was recently an engine show at Burton Century Village the last weekend in July. I was demonstrating at the blacksmith area there and they had the old sawmill fired up! I have 2 short videos on my channel of it.

Interesting to see a setup that includes the planer using the main power and that they make a planer pass on green lumber.

What was the steel ball looking thing
@mcsawmill10 ай бұрын
It's a paper mill, wood and water are added and it turns them into pulp.
