Wish Arriva would switch to the lighter blue version of their livery (e.g 1410) because a brighter colour can make all the difference. It would also be a great contrast to Stagecoach's new Beachball MKII livery as well.

What make of bus is YJ59 BHV 4704 Never seen it before 🤔👁️ is it electric

I believe it's a Temsa and regular powered not electric. :)
