Man it's weird when people I follow for one thing turn out to be into a different thing that I also like. I don't know why this is surprising to me, but it's a good surprise! It's hard to top Midgard's theme but I think this is a really solid interpretation, more atmospheric than the other despite having what feels like a faster tempo, if that makes sense. I look forward to seeing you do other themes from this game! How would you go about the songs with lyrics, if you tried those?

Yep, Midgardsormr is the god of dragons and is so powerful that he has kept his Aether energy together in himself after years of being dead, so though his corpse is still entangled in a crashed airship he fights you with an aetherial form and lots of magic to test your might.

Not exactly. Midgardsormr is simply the oldest dragon in existence and was the sole survivor of his home planet (The Dragonstar) after it entered an interstellar war. The unnamed enemy of the dragons sent a robot capable of learning and improving after every battle so he fled to another planet with seven eggs. Even on his home planet, he was considered the most powerful dragon in existence. He made a pact with a goddess Hydaelyn to protect him and his children from Omega, who'd pursued them across space and in return Midgardsormr would serve Hydaelyn. All dragons on Hydaelyn are ultimately descended from Midgardsormr, their primogenitor.
