I have the Bluebell Forest. I have been hunting down the Grinsell's Wood for some time now. Just want to see if there's a difference in taste.

There is a significant difference between Grinsell's Wood and the the Bluebell Forest bottling. Grinsell's Wood is hands down the best Irish I have ever had and top 3 whiskies ever. Bluebeel Forest is amazing but Grinsell's Wood blows it away.

Great information regarding this impressive bottling. Takes time adjusting the palette to the gingery Irish oak character; however, beautifully done. Looking forward to more creative expressions.

I hate this new fad of finishing whiskey, good whiskey dose not need to be finished. Hopefully you have some Irish oak barrels with new make distillate in them instead of finishing old whiskey that is not good enough to be bottle on its on.
