Very happy with the Barrel Club but a little disappointed with DHL and the organisers of the Barrel Club who failed to respond to my communication in relation to your invite as part of being a BC member to visit the distillery. I was so looking forward to visit Midleton if that was possible to facilitate, but obviously I was expecting too much. I can understand that you’re all very busy, but there’s a lot to be said for choosing a team that pay attention to detail. Emails seeking a response really should be responded to, especially when one follows the instructions that came with the invite. A sort reply could have made all the difference, but is no word from you the best that you can do? Yes you’re right, it’s a line from a song…and that’s all she wrote. Bye by barrel club.
