It’s a well made mod, with some nice attention to detail with character backstories. The only thing negative l will say is the voice acting for these Vigilantes is far too….nice? Friendly? When you come across them in the vanilla game, all the Vigilantes have a gruff, matter of fact tone. Their faith is absolute. In this mod however, the characters are soft spoken.

I don't think that's much of a standard to go by. Vanilla Vigilants are kinda bland because they're just a few different NPCs copied and pasted, and voiced by maybe two or three people. A couple of nicer ones, though, are Tolan (with whom there sadly isn't much interaction) and Celann (a former Vigilant).

@@zephyr835 It’s the only standard to go by. The Vigilantes in the vanilla game are represented as l said: gruff, matter of fact, absolute in their faith. Any mod author should try replicate that same presentation for other members of the same group.

@@jazzbox24 And as I said, that doesn't mean much when the group is comprised of NPCs who are barely distinct or developed. Someone being soft-spoken and absolute in their faith are not mutually exclusive. One I referred to before, Tolan, says that the Hall of the Vigilant "was a place of respite, learning and comradeship, where a road-weary brother or sister could rest for a time in peace and comfort."

Please tell me THESE Vigilants have acknowledgement of the Dawnguard as a faction, even as props to Isran.

I had to pause the video immediately after the first sentence and replay it again with the CSI Miami intro. Criminally missing from the video itself, I may add, even if I know that The Who tend to copyright strike a lot.

Vidkun should sing much less in the patch I submitted to Bethesda yesterday, for the record. I messed up the conditions on his idles. (I might still need to make it even less, depending)

The other dialog has been conditioned to run a lot less often as well, but it might also need to be reduced even more.

If this were on Nexus, it'd be an instant download seeing as my LO is gothic style, Lovecraft, and anything to do with the Vigilants and Vampire Clans.

I don’t think voice acting on this mod is top notch compared to the Bard’s Collage Expansion. Overall Quest design and reused existing locations when they could simply take advantage of unused locations or areas of the map would have done a much better job at avoiding all the sameness.

im dping the quarra questline and have a side mission to kill a cronvangr scholar in midnight barrow but for the life of me i cant find him!! anyone else have this issue?

I bought the mod. But can't make it work with lorim mod pack so it's useless

I'm not aware of any mod conflicts, what's the issue with Lorerim?
