Veteran Here. I Appreciate the Creativity Involved in making this. It's a Pretty Neat Concept. Midnight Club 2 specifically is my Personal Favorite. And I've been seeking something similar to it since, but to no avail. I want the Cheesiness of the Storyline, the Pink Slips, and the Attitudes of each Driver. The Cut Scenes, and the Different World's. The Vehicle Stats in the background. And the Drivers in their Cut Scenes with the Music Playing, Talking Smack. It's what made MC2. Seeing a little Modern Twist take on it, puts a Smile on my Face. It's a Great Idea. Dope Video, even though it is it's Competitor Game being utilised. I would of Loved if MC2 gets Remastered. I can only Imagine. You really Captured the essence of the Environment, down to the Car Design Decals of Moses Civic.

First of all, thank you. I tried to make this remake as similar to the original as possible while modernizing it a bit. I figured I would use NFS Heat to capture the races seeing as GTA V doesn't allow for custom decals and open body customization. That and the fact the Civic wasn't in GTA V at the time this was recorded. Going forward, if this series shall continue, I will do all of the recording in GTA V considering the atmosphere is that of MC II (same publishers and same city). The issue is finding people who have the time and in game currency to purchase the vehicles required. Most people either do not play GTA V much or simply don't have the resources needed.

Since the first two Midnight Club were feature entirely non-real liscense cars, then why Rockstar Games still haven't remastered or remake them yet? The cost of making them would be very cheap compare to MC3 and LA.

This would've been satisfying game play design if NFS Heat HUD was like this. Instead of the Cluttery, Hand holding mess as it is right now. Because even with 87% of the HUD is disable, I'm still able to know were to go and located the next Checkpoint, without the need of mini map. Missed opportunity on Ghost Game part to have people learn the map layout and appreciate the map designer worked. But this is Ghost Game after all, Who care about this well design open work map? Make it forgotten like the last game and mobilize the hell out of the HUD with even more unneeded notifications.

Exactly. I disabled everything I could and I still have the heat level showing, the names of other players and prompts like when a cop chase begins. Seriously, I don't care. If I disable everything, I want EVERYTHING disabled. The only time I need a HUD for this game is when I am setting destination points on the map.

Bro this is amazing everything 🙌 spot on you can hear his car and everything right behind you. We have to pay Homage to the first midnight club and MC Dub edition and the ones after it, but something is just special about MC2 it really puts you in the mind of a street racer trying to come up in the scene... Similar to the first Fast and furious movie. If i remember on the back on the case it says MC2 is the first racing game to really get my heart racing.. I feel that now that I am an adult. The techno music/the themes of all the characters and environments... I mean everything this game was and is unmatched to this day

I know right this shit was raw I thought for sure they where gonna continue it,but ngi first time heard about mc3 I was pretty hyped back in day played hell outta it but just didn't have that same feel mc2 had personalty the characters mc3 had all liesensed cars, unlike mc2 which had them however...they where altered like purple abflug Supra this game put that company on map as well veilside skyline r34. Fun fact mc was real organized group street racing outta Japan where rockstar pulled some inspiration from. But aye man on side from all that let's not forget about the jet car here or machine gun, missile cheat lol dope times man! Golden age of racing games no doubt.

I know every song that goes with every character. However, I selected the song that goes with Moses and the Blu Warta song because it's one of my favorite songs in the game. I didn't want to use one song for the entire video. As far as views, those days are over for me.

I came to you through XIII, and him through RavenWest R1... The Polish on this is just outstanding. I hope my crazy taxi is half as good The music is the most important part, that covers all the Sins. However short of fully redoing the HUD like the need for speed underground 2 in real life video, you did a good job. if you're in a race with other players they could have used cars identical to the Civic with pallet swaps like in Midnight Club and also, the coquette could have been a mustang since it's the closer body style to the escort cosworth. Perhaps but I can see the finished result seems like enough work.

I will always appreciate the developers of midnight club but, if they were to try and bring the series back I fear rockstar would destroy it. It wouldn’t even be the same developer team on a new midnight club and would most likely be a disaster. I hate to say it but I’m glad the game is canceled so it can be remembered as the best racing series at the time.

I'm hoping in GTA VI they apply more focus on the vehicles and possibly add cars from Midnight Club I and II, along with hairstyles and outfits that resemble certain characters. Wishful thinking but very possible.

@@jreel same, I really wish the direction isn't as crazy as gta5, flying cars and bikes, missiles and whatever loses its flavor super quick. A more grounded and personal direction is what I would prefer. I think gta has the potential of both bringing good car gameplay aswell as packing a blockbuster like plot at the same time, people that play the game care a fair bit about cars they should make it a priority if they aren't bringing midnight club back.

You're correct, seeing as this isn't the official game. But for video purposes, remaster is the better way of putting it. Since I'm on the PS4, couldn't do a proper remaster even if I wanted to. I would've made this entire thing using GTA V if I were on PC.
