both MC3 and LA you can play with emulation if you have relatively good PC. I use Xenia for LA and PCSX2 for MC3 both in FHD with 60 FPS

How do you apply this? I tried with just copying the cloned files in the game dir and running through the rtx portal but everything is dark and the headlights very very bright.

Bro, you've asked the wrong person. I specialize in making RTX-remix mods, not game mods. Unfortunately, there is no PC version of Midnight Club: Los Angeles, so I'm not sure how to mod it.

Thanks, I referenced the original game lighting to recreate the lighting in the mod. Although the mod includes a nighttime scene, I haven't uploaded the corresponding video demo yet.
