Hey GTRufus, I have Midnight Club LA and I'm about to beat the City Champ with my Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14. Despite that I don't have the South Central DLC or the MCLA Complete Edition, I can do this and that. My starter car is the 240SX and my platform is PS3.

A fully tuned Evo X on Hardest gets the same CPU racers as the maxed exotics. Usually a Ninja ZX-14 or R8 is the first opponent spawned.
