Only the Xbox 360 version of the game can have up to 7 other racers in Arcade mode. The PS3 version can only go up to 5 other racers.

Wager Races on the hardest difficulty can give you a good amount of money if you bet on the highest amount and bring a good Group 4 car out. But if that's too hard, you can just do the Deliveries from Hollywood Auto garage. Just make sure to drive a Group 4 car that is A class so the reward money can be at least 10K for each clear you did with less damage on Easiest difficulty. (Hardest can gives you around 17K if I can recall.)
