@@japowey8958 Exactly this. People look at the pure stat bump and don't look at what else it's doing. Multipliers allow them to go faster then cap, often even getting it faster even if you don't hit cap vs another perk. I'd still rather Firefly but for example Outlaw + Voltshot on the Waking Vigil makes it the fastest reloading 140 HC to activate Voltshot with so Outlaw should never be immediately dismissed.

It's strange but as a controller player, my favourite hand cannon was my first ever Eyasluna drop. It has Perpetual Motion and Snapshot sight and feels so fast and snappy that I can challenge anything! I am looking forward to going for a god-roll Midnight coup but I guess the most important part is getting something that works for your play style.

Desperate measures is such a good perk for keeping kinetic weapons relevant in such an ability heavy era of the game. Obviously it isn't going to be as good as a weapon fully synergizing it at least empowers your weapon for using those abilities.

currently at 0/63 for any attrition orbs, kinetic tremors roll. Orbs spawn for teammates, activate surges during boss fights, and push abilities, without kills. 6 players using AO is 30 second supers. Tremors is also damage without needing kills.

Desperate measures x1 is literally the same as rampage x1, but each stack is additive (x3=30%), versus Rampage which is multiplicitive (x3=33.1%), so rampage has a higher damage ceiling, while desperate measures has a higher uptime, it's a trade-off

Firefly+tremors is my go to for PVE, it provides so much neutral game help, no setup necessary, just an ad clear machine, sure solar incandescent weapons are hot now because of the artifact but once that goes away, firefly tremors will be a good substitute for big groups

I adore my Firefly Kinetic Tremors roll! I use it on my Solar Warlock sunbracers build for decent damage and because Firefly can proc Ember of Empyrean while I use Buried Bloodline for devour on a sunbracers build, feels pretty rad!

I got a firefly/one for all the other day and did a 50 wave legend onslaught with it and a chromatic fire void lock and it felt amazing, didn’t even feel like legend when everything got rolling. The last 10 waves I switch to explosive/temors for when the ads got too chunky and it was also amazing. I feel like firefly/temors is the god roll for casual play so you can one tap and ad clear in lower level content but also chunk majors if needed.

Psa: if your an attrition orb addict like i am the god roll for orb creation is multi match with orbs and tremors. In my testing the single fastest way to poop orbs out. Icing on the cake is to actually lower your mag size as much as possible. Next best would be the gambit smg :) hope this helps someone. Attrition orbs are hella slept on imo.

Rampage gives 33.1 at max. And can be kept up as long as you're getting kills. One for All give 35 percent increase on kills but needs to be rereshed. Its the strongest buff. But need to be reprocced after 10 seconds.

Midnight Coups Aim Assist being 90 is insane. I havent used the gun much but I am betting I will love it. My favorite legendary hand cannon (before the rangefinder nerf) was Dire Promise which had 88 aim assist. My favorite exotic hand cannon to use in PvP is lumina which is also 88. The more I play on MnK the more I realize how much that stat actually matters for a guns feel.

Keep in mind that Rampage doesn't boost Explosive Payload's explosion, however Desperate Measures *does*. Even though Desperate Measures has slightly less damage than Rampage at full stacks, if you have Explosive Payload on the gun, you want Desperate Measures more than Rampage.

Firefly + 14all is sweet, the explosions make it easy to proc 14all so most of the time you don't really need to think about it. But end game content is indeed explosive + tremors As per firefly + tremors there's no synergy but it is still nice because firefly helps you clearing out ads better than explosive, and tremors helps you finish those tankier targerts so it's like a swiss army knive The one I didn't personally enjoy using that much was explosive + 14all, because for endgame I'd rather use tremors and for ad clearing I'd rather use firefly - not a bad roll tho, if you like it keep it 😊

No it is not. The swords that can roll attrition orbs has significantly better perks in their respective slots. It offers no utility for real boss damage since you'll be in a well, which gives you orbs. Also, even if you're not in a well or on a warlock, you should have enough orbs/armor charges anyways, or you're playing the game wrong.

I got extremely lucky and got 2 shiny drops a firefly one for all/kinetic tremors roll and an explosive one for all roll. I have 2000 kills on the first one trying both firefly with kinetic and one for all and I personally prefer firefly kinetic tremors. I know technically there is no synergy there but it synergises in a better way for me red bars taken out with firefly and using tremors for yellow bars just feels so good. I will say one for all and firefly does proc so often but I find I miss kinetic tremors when it's not equipped.

I was excited to get a roll with Kinetic Tremors. Then found it to be kinda useless on a weapon that kills red bars in one or two hits. It just ends up feeling like a wasted perk against everything that's not a major or champion/boss, and you have special and heavy weapons to deal with those targets. I'd much rather have the consistency of a damage perk like OFA or Frenzy.

Don’t sleep on Firefly in pvp! My personal godroll is going to be firefly/desperate measures. It will become my Fatebringer replacement. I love fatebringer, truly. But explosive payload is dated. Sure, it makes a small aoe and extra +10% damage in pve, but really the only thing we use it for is that flat damage buff, I don’t feel the AoE effects. Desperate Measures is easy to proc and get rolling, and absolutely will make a godrolled Midnight Coup as the godliest of the pve handcannons.

More and more (in PVE at least) primary ammo weapons serve less as a damage option and lend more to my playstyle as a utility option, feeding the rest of my build. I tend to look for things like shoot to loot and attrition orbs more often as builds get nastier, they do more for my build than an extra %15- 35 damage on primary.

Literally not more than a couple hours before you got yours, I got mine. Shiny Coup, Corkscrew/Smallbore, Acc. Rounds, Outlaw/Firefly, Rampage/Tremors, and a Range MW. Only slightly under max range. My exact god roll for pve. And a very good roll for pvp. If I wanted to be picky, I’d prefer zen over rampage, but it was good enough to make the og busted, so I won’t turn my nose up, and full bore would have been nice, but with it hurting your handling and stab? I’ll take 2nd most range
