Nothing brings me joy like listening to Brad and Brian talk for 40-60 minutes about a bad movie.

I actually watched this one...dear heavens, that twist. That. Twist! As for sleeping on the cinema, it turns out it actually is a thing. My mother was a district attorney and met all sorts of weird cases, one of which included a fellow who suffered from some kind of nervous disorder. For some reason, he could only sleep at the movies and would regularly attend sessions for the sole purpose of doing. One night, he finds himself sitting close to a fellow who kept on talking on the phone (you know the kind, bloody hate them), and thus prevented him from sleeping (as odd as it may seem, nothing on screen affected him but the talking was too distracting). Several times he tells the fellow to please stop talking and several times he gets ignores. Until he simply loses it and clocks him in the face. The guy was actually acquitted. His rare condition and the fact that for him going to the movies meant the only time he could actually sleep, on top of the phone guy's less than good etiquette, had the court acquit him. For all I know, he is still sleeping on movie theaters.

Stoned Gremlin Productions indeed I am. I'm like Rainn Wilson from Super. "Shut up crime!" seriously though is he trying to scare children? is it like an ironic fashion sense or is that a normal look in that part of Illinois? Cuz here in Chicago we chase people that look like that away from schools.

When you started to describe the plot, I suddenly remembered that I did see a trailer for this movie. It played a couple of times before youtube videos a while back. I kind of remembered it was pushing "there's a ghost" plot in the trailer.

Brad, the only way I can imagine you not seeing any of this film's trailers is that you boycotted KZbin for a month. I have literally seen at least a dozen unskippable trailers for this movie. It was before every video I watched.

also if he's going to pretend that he's in a vegetative state, then he would have to piss and shit on himself and she would have to clean him by changing his adult diapers. I wonder if they address that in the movie....

You never saw the trailer?! I got the same trailer for this stupid thing over every single video I watched for an entire week! It got to the point where the jump scares didn't scare me anymore. I was actually looking forward to seeing your video on it because I was so annoyed by the trailer that I wanted to see the movie torn apart.

I think this movie was stealth released after being held back for a while. The kid in the movie (the little boy from ROOM) is also in another shitty horror movie that's been shelved for over a year that's supposed to be coming out at some point called Before I Wake. It was supposed to be out in September then got delayed again. Just preparing for you that one for when the comments of "Are you going to see Before I Wake?" start pouring in.

so there was another movie this year, with an even more limited run that was originally called shut in but changed to "intruders" because of this film's need for beefier promotion, which is now a flop. i wonder if intruders would've been a bigger hit with more promotion, its a decent home invasion flick
