Been seeing a lot of questions regarding large and Intermediate. I can confirm they fit side by side in the bed of my 2017 Chevy Silverado with a bed liner. Just got mine today and set them up. Large is for my 80LB Malinois and intermediate is for my 65LB Malinois. Both have enough room to chill but still pretty snug. Really depends on the length and height of your pups too. Thanks man. Pretty exciting waiting on your new lab. If he’s between 60-80 lbs id go intermediate for sure. Rocky would be fine in intermediate. If I had to do it over again I’d intermediate. Large is good for him though cuz he’s in there sometimes on long trips for 4-5 hours

Will 2 large kennels fit side by side in your truck? What kind of truck do you own? We have 2 large German shepherds and looking into buying a Chevy Colorado in the next year and trying to figure out if the wheel well bumps in the bed prevents them from being placed side by side. Nice review: I’d like for you if possible to test the rubber grommets in a tip over test and report the speed for tip over. It has lifetime warranty. It will last forever. Unless it gets really cold, as in 20 degrees or less I wouldn’t think you need weather kit. Rain won’t go in the kennel just as is. The fan would help to keep the cool and ventilated.

Ok this is a long shot on getting a response here. But here it goes. I agree it's the best kennel and I would get nothing else I own 3. But my issue is with the accessories in general and more specifically the crate cover. I live in alaska and also take my truck through the car wash daily. I always take my dog out during the wash but the kennel always has water and soap after the car wash. Obviously I'm aware of the holes and why. With my other crates using a mud river cover I never delt with this. I also did purchase the gunner specific kennel cover. But water still gets in and it get in through the front door. The gunner specifically cover doesn't block this. So the question is does anyone know what crate cover can cover a large gunner kennel. Kennel Dimensions

Impact crates are another really good brand, but I wouldn't exactly recommend them for the car. In my opinion, they're great to keep in the house, bring to conformation shows, competitions, and dog sports. But when it comes to getting a kennel to keep in the car for hunting dogs or for safe traveling I would definitely recommend Gunner Kennels over Impact. Hope this helps :)

Thank for making this video! I have 4 year old male chocolate lab at 76-80lbs. I was wondering which size to get. I’m soon going to have another lab (female puppy). So here’s my question, would two full grown labs fit in the large one? I’m not hunter, I’m just looking for a crate for road traveling. @@MidValleyMercenaries I am interested why it should be half. A lot of design and research must have gone into this kennel and they pay attention to detail. It's just over twice the cost of an inferior kennel. I assume they looked at market placement and labour and material cost and priced it accordingly. It is also made in the USA which mean higher labour cost , higher tax and materials. I would rather pay more to get a quality kennel but that just me and if other kennels work for people then power to you .
