The 2nd guy straight up told the truth . “It’s what I do. I’m a criminal you’re a cop. We have to do what’s best for us.” He didn’t fight, say a lot of nasty, or bother with stereotypical complaints. He could breathe, didn’t have disabled or recently deceased family, or complain about injuries. He’s been in the system and appears to know those antics aren’t going to stop the officers from arresting him. Drain on society certainly. Still refreshing to not see the chaos. ✌️

This is another PERFECT EXAMPLE of cops who escalate "non-situations" into "situations. This cop should be charged with harassment and assault & battery, and made to serve a minimum of ONE YEAR in the poke. Why does he NOT honor a person's right to be left alone? Because of phone calls? Tell the caller that, unless they are reporting a "problem", it won't be investigated. This is tyranny against the poor.

That's an incorrect interpretation of that fable. In the fable, the scorpion stings the frog even though he has no rational reason to do so and cites that he does it because it's "in his nature." This guy knew he was going to be caught if he gave his real name, so rationally he tried to avoid that by lying. It WAS arguably in his rational interest to try and lie his way out of it.
