Not sure why people are hating on bagless vacuums. Do you really want to buy bags constantly? For anyone with kids and pets bagless is the way to go!

Pound-for-pound for dirt collection bagless cost more to run. you end up spending more on filters and maintenance and shorten the vacuum life with bagless. You might see some other videos on modern bagged machines. You really don't buy bags constantly. Most people a box of 4 Miele vacuum bags will last year. when you compare that with the price of the pre motor filter that will need to be replaced in about a year on this machine it's about 1/4 the cost for the vacuum bags.

They state that pleated filter will last several years or longer. I have an older red canister Electrolux from like 2004 and that had a pleated motor filter. Self cleaning. I never had to change it. Just washed it every so often. With kids and pet hair I see how much comes out of our v8 absolute Dyson in a weekly basis. I would go through way more than 4 bags in a year.

What do you think about Miele going bagless? It looks heavy and awkward. Awesome idea with the addition of the other camera. It's hard for me to imagine Miele offering a bagless option. The S8 is so light and the bag is the best in the business.

I used the black one at an Oreck store in Tulsa recently. Really liked it and I typically don't care for bagless machines (aside from Rainbow).

I’ve owned many high end vacuums. Most were plastic. The vacuum is well built and quiet. I’ll never use any other.

This is probably the bagless canister with the best performance. Since it has a EBK360 & powerful motor.

These Miele Blizzards seem very gimmicky. I can't see that filter lasting the life of the machine. It seemed to whistle a lot too.

This is a completely different vacuum than what Miele shows on their website. I'm in Canada and this vacuum is shown only in red. It also does not come with a electrified power head for carpets.... it is operated by vacuum pressure. Where is this particular model in your video being sold?

I live in canada too and it definitely comes qith a motorized head the smaller one is air powered for furniture.

1) Miele has a Hepa airclean livetime filter and cannot be replaced, but dust comes also on this filter, bad. 2) the transparant holder for dust, has two klep hinge and that is a weak point and will break. We all can see that this is not a livetime hepa airclean filter. And this for a 267 to 500 euro machine, Miele must do better!!! No, Miele is not always better.

The idea of this as it was supposed to lead you into buying one of their bagged vacuums. "Gateway drug" theory ,if you're familiar with that concept.

Would appreciate some help. Rather than buy all of the floor tools for my simplicity symmetry, I was wondering if it is possible to purchase an adapter so I could use the Miele tools I have with the symmetry. I got an adapter that is 35mm to 32mm and it does not fit. Any suggestions. Thank you
