so glad you didn't waste time showing how to disassemble this thing. if you came here to watch some guy handle a bunch of filthy parts and still have a dirty turbo brush after 7 minutes, this video is perfect

As others have said, a video actually dismantling the head would have been handy. However, this "part 2" was very helpful when I came to putting it back together again, so thanks a lot!!

Maaan I love you. Thanks for the vid. I was affraid to take the edges off and nearly settled for not fully functioning brush. After seeing that you had taken them off I gathered my strength to unclick them. Now my brush is as good as new. And I agree with you that the instructions should be included in the manual.

Exactly what I needed, and you are correct that when you take it apart there is enough dog hair and dirt in places you would never have thought possible. Thank you for your detailed directions!

If you run a bar a soap over the inside cogs of the belt, it can reduce any belt squeal.🇨🇦

put bal bearings in the turbine wheel!, I did! it spins even faster :-)

Miele doesn’t want you to fix it. They want you to buy a new one.

Exactly. We purchased our Miele vac locally. They send cards out annually to take the vac in for services $$$. A real money grab.

I have the same problem with the turbo mini. Very dissatisfied with Miele. Paid a kings ransom for a canister vac with accessories. The vac is way under powered. The only redeeming features are the quietness and low dust emission. I wish I purchased a new Kenmore.
